If they fix their services to be kind, the restaurant will be the best place ever.

the pizza was watery and the pasta was just not that great. really americanized italian food.

Just had lunch here, with bad service and bad management. Beware that they do not take Mastercard or American Express! Was left with a difficult situation where payment had to be venmo’d as they wouldn’t take any of my cards. This restaurant should ensure that they are able to accept common forms of payment, or notify customers that they will only be able to pay with Visa.

We came here for my daughter's birthday for dinner and sat outside next to the fountain, which was very nice (but a little chilly). The food was very good, but portions are small for the price you pay. My wife and daughter got mostly full, however, my food was not enough for me. I had coffee with my meal, and it came in an extremely small coffee cup and no refills ($4.50 a cup) which is a bit odd as most places refill without charging (especially when you spend over $50 person on dinner). We brought a cake, and they charged $14 to bring it out and sing to her. This is fine, but if you do this, be aware they charge. Service was excellent overall. Our waitress was very patient with us (we stayed longer than most folk would have for dinner. Overall, we were happy with LaPiazza.l, but felt it was a bit overpriced.

Music was blasting so loud we couldn’t even think. Asked them several times to turn it down and they didn’t so we left. Based on menu food looks overpriced. Like $36 for lasagna.

Don’t forget to have the seat around the fountain, it’s sooo fantastic and absolutely more special than the indoor ones
