Has actively gotten worse in the past 18 months. Slow service. Bad good. High prices.

Was pleasantly surprised for an airport place! Ordered a burger, it was delicious! Real beef, with thick cut bacon, came with hot delicious fries. Highly recommend it, if you're looking for a place to sit down and grab a bite to eat and be left alone. We got our food in a reasonable time, getting the bill and the payment processed did take quite a bit. Also they do include the 18% suggested tip in the bill.

Burger was raw, fries were cold. Everything was overpriced. We ordered a bowl of what they called tomato bisque soup and had an elegant photo of. When it arrived it was a bowl of campbells soup....for $12.

WORST RESTAURANT AND WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. They don't list drink prices on the menu and over charge huge once they bill you. They hide the tip inclusive of the bill and then ask for an additional tip when giving you the bill. Burger was un-edible, bun was old, meat was dry, it was absolutely disgusting and to top it all off the service was atrocious. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Should be zero stars. This place is unbelievable, hard to imagine they have customers and that a place this bad could exist. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t enjoy piling on but reviews aren’t far off. Completely understand expensive airport food but wow on lack of option and quality. Dry chicken on both entrees, yellow iceberg lettuce for my spouse’s salad (looked terrible and he agreed), overcooked fries with my sandwich. The terminals on this end of the airport need some help and serious food upgrades. Bright side - good service.
