Vibe was great. Beef empanadas, burger and Lomito were fire. Definitely coming back. Parking was tough to find. Parking: Had to park a few blocks away

Stopped in here for lunch and we are so happy we did! The coffee, beef empanadas and sandwiches were all incredible. I really enjoyed the sausage sandwich. We took a piece of tres leches cake home and WOW! It was fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

Went to Chicago on a business trip, and I decided to try each night to go to a different Argentinian restaurant since I was born in Argentina. All went good till Wednesday night, when I went to La Nonna. I was the only one since it was 6 PM. Food was okay, but the problem arrived when I went to pay. My corporate card requires a pin to be put in when I pay for anything. The server wanted my pin and when I told him that I couldn't give him the pin since it was a company card, he got aggressive and kept asking for my pin. His solution was for me to get onto the counter top and try to reach the register to put my pin in. I think this unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anybody that expects quality service. La comida estaba ok el servivio fue malo, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. El empleado trato varias veces de que le provea el codigo pin de mi tarjeta de credito y cuando le dije que no esta bien que me lo pida me recomendo que me pare sobre la barra y trate de llegar al posnet por mis propios medios. El comportamiento del empleado fue para nada profesional. Viaje a Chicago por trabajo y recorri varios restaurantes argentinos por una semana, lejos, este fue el peor. Lo siento Sergio, supuestamente este es el nombre del propietario, vaya uno a saber.

Food is just perfect ! Great service, they are BYOB! Empanas are delicious , and the Parrillada was outstanding.

Hidden in the neighborhood, this spot is amazing for empanadas and sandwiches. Don't forget your coffee and save room for dessert.
