The service is too poor, the coffee is old, there is nothing good anymore, not even the bread.

Their pastries are good.! Their Cafe de Olla is too watered down. Doesn't taste like Authentic Mexican Cafe de Olla.

Ha, I'm actually reviewing about the time I came here a year ago. I bought my birthday cake from here, and when we asked to try a piece, we were offered spoonful of samples, for free, right from a small piece of cake on display. It was kind of shocking and we decided to buy that cake after trying it out. And the PIC even let us take the piece of cake we taste test from.

Hello, first of all I waited all year long to make this review . here i come! last year I was very happy to purchase a ROSCA DE REYES from la monarca I even brag about to my family members to not buy a rosca de reyes from anywhere because I already had purchased one. long story short the so called rosca was a very disappointed bad bread no taste , no flavor no nothing, don't waste your money. I wrote an email to the manager of the store located on wilshere never hear back from them. NO desperdicies tu dinero comprando una Rosca de reyes de la Monarca no tiene sabor, no tiene nada es más, un bolillo sabe mejor . le escribí un email a la manager para dejarle saber que la rosca que les había comprado no tenía sabor y que la verdad había sido una decepción. No quería mi dinero de regreso pero un '' Disculpe por la inconveniencia trataremos de mejorar'' les hubiera dado el beneficio de la duda, pero bueno nunca regresaré con ellos! gracias y buena suerte espero que mi comentario te ayude!
