This place has delicious ice cream and paletas, but the service does not even deserve one star. The girls behind the counter are rude. Ladies...if you don't like your job, look for another job. Don't be rude to your customers. Who do you think pays your check?! In case you aren't too intelligent to figure it out...the customers!!!

It’s a clean place and delicious, but pricy at the same time

No brindan buen servicio al cliente,no atienden de la manera adecuada,la mayoría son muy groseras y necesitan mejorar el servicio lo cual lo califico con un 1/10 y deberían contratar a una persona más amable.la sucursal necesita un buzón de quejas gracias , deberían mejorar los precios .

The workers are unprofessional. I understand it gets busy but me and family were in line and like 5 people went ahead of us. We told one of the workers about how long we’ve been in line and she said “There’s a sign and you have to be behind that sign and that one of the workers will say who’s next. I swear to god none of the workers said “next”. Also workers will help the people they know first cause a lady went ahead of us and started talking with one of the workers and the worker was attending her. Also this workers are rude af cause they went to they’re co worker and told them about what we told her. Either that lady has to learn to keep her mouth when there’s customers.

Very very bad experience the ladies there don't greet you and don't make the food good. Very bad customer service.

So we went back in today, the service was horrible. The young lady with the blue highlights in her hair has no customer service skills. My wife ask for a little bit of Chilli on her Elote and she loaded it up. When we asked about why there was so much. Her response was maybe next ask for it on the side. The 2nd one we ordered we asked for no liquid it was a swamp. Very different from my first 2 visits. These were very simple requests. GET IT RIGHT NEXT TIME!

Yo era cliente frecuente de ahí pero han bajado mucho la calidad de los productos y elevado bastante el precio. Me encantan los productos con nuez, yogurt, paletas… etc, pero en dos ocasiones tuve muy mala experiencia me salió pedazos de nuez con cáscara estuve a punto de terminar con el dentista, no volví nunca más, he encontrado un lugar con mejor servicio, calidad y precio.
