VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES SASS, BAD ATTITUDE, JUDGEMENTAL LOOKS. JUST WANTED A DRINK AND GAVE ME SO MUCH TROUBLE. DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY OTHER MICHOACANA LOCATION IS BETTER THAN THIS

We walk in and a CHILD who seems to be around 10 years old tells us "she can't help you right now she's in a meeting" referring to the only lady working. We leave and come back 10 minutes later and see the lady having a chat with a male. She says in Spanish that she's on break and can't serve us and to come back in ten minutes. All the chairs were up. We went around 4pm. We ask her if it was open and she just ignored us and left us with a skanky face. Horrible customer service!!!

We went to get 2 scoops of ice cream me and my wife one of her scoop and one of my scoop tasted expired

Siempre vamos a comprar con la esperanza de que va a ver buen servicio, pero siempre la señora anda con actitud, y cuidado le hagas una pregunta, por que te responde como si fueras tonta. Siempre cierran antes de lo normal. Una vez llegue una hora antes de cerrar y en cuanto entramos, la señora nos grito que estaba cerrado, pero el letrero decia abierto y el horario era una hora antes de cerrar, le dije que queria un helado solamente, y dijo pues ya pasale ya que. Me atendio con actitud, y despues le dijo a su hijo que se apurara a cerrar el negocio antes que llegara mas gente.. un muchacho trato de entrar y el niño lo dejo entrar y la señora lo regaño. Eso es incomodo y mas aparte por la mala actitud repugnante de la señora, no regresare. Si no cambian a esa señora, se van a quedar sin negocio.

DONT go here!!! the service is horrible, the place smells bad. I was at home enjoying the ice cream i bought from here and while i was enjoying it a hair came out.

Bad customer service, first try a little girl behind the counter told us they were on a meeting. Second try roughly after 10 minutes we were told they were on break and there was no one to render service even though store says open for business.

The supervisor or manager was very rude! I’m a regular cusromer here , and I like to come for the mangoniadas. Today I came in for a mangoniada and there wasnt any mango icecream. I asked the employee if she knew why (I wanted to see if they completely out) and she said she didn’t know. I kindly asked if she could ask her manager or anyone else, so in case they did have some in the back I would wait, which I didn’t mind. The manager or supervisor or “la encargada” came out being very rude and gave me a rude response. She mentioned she was on her break and that it was pointless that she came out to tell me that.

I came here a day before at 7:00pm and they stated they were closed. Minutes later I see a teen come inside with a pizza and the open sign is on.. we ask if they’re open and she says no. Today I come again and I see the employees smoking outside of the business. It’s 5:22pm and they said they’re closed when they’re ours say it’s open until 9:00pm. I ask if they’re open. The lady who is smoking looks at me and tells me “no sorry” . This place is a joke lol.
