Horrible customer service! Waiting for a long time while the employee was having a conversation with someone and not even attending the customers in line. Very unprofessional and they need to train their employees on how to treat customers.

Ice cream is addicting ! Lol I love that they have other items to snack on . The male employee is awesome ! Always smiles / positive attitude . They always have their ice creams in stock ! The prices for servings is just right ! Thought I’d tale the time to take photos and upload some for everyone to see the ice cream flavors they have . Too bad I can’t comment on guest …. Well I think I can ? Say Thank You ! And please make sure your children say excuse me and not lick the glass !!

I got there 8 min before they closed and they wouldn't open the door and they just smiled and laughed at me. So cold

I am a regular at this spot and this has to be the best Michoacána in Oxnard. It is very clean and well served but, some of the employees aren’t that great. There’s only one male employee but he’s got to be the best one out of the whole crew. Top notch fresh fruit, I highly recommended this spot.
