Los mejores tamales. Buen pan y bebidas mexicanas. Champurrado y Avena.
Their achampurado is delicious. That is all we tried on a cold early morning. However early in the morning there's a line for tamales.
Los precios son elevados la atención; haces línea, una persona te toma la orden, una persona te cobra y otra te despacha. Al final no te dan la orden completa Revisen las órdenes antes de salir de la panadería.
They never seem to be a in a good mood. And to top it off if you explain something to them about the food they get all offended. I use to like this place and twice a week I would stop bye and grab some pan Dulce or tamales on The Weeknd. But I have gone the last few and very disappointed. And the stuff is not cheap I drop like 50 bucks twice a week. I spend like 350-400 bucks a month here because my family use to like their tamales and bread. But the last few months, dried up tamales , chicken so dry , brittle masa, and the pan Dulce are hollow no custard inside, very very disappointed. I switched and found someone on A street, and El Rio. I won’t be spending my money here again. Unless the start putting some love back into their food. They sell so much they have gotten lazy and I feel they don’t care because it will still Sell. But little by little people will leave. When tamales look like this, like there’s craters or ruff, and not smooth that means they will just crumble and be dried. That’s doesn’t taste good. They are supposed to be smooth and moist.
Delicioso, el pan dulce, las teleras bolillo, champurrado, tamales, etc.
Great bakery. Great employees.
Ok, I bought two concas, and two empandas de creama for $9 this place keeps getting to way expensive and over priced
