la Madeleine

I ordered my food via the la Madeleine App, the food was supposed to be delivered by doordash and it never arrived. I called doordash to see if the driver got lost but they could not get in contact with the driver. They told me because I ordered through la Madeleine I would have to call them for a refund. I called the Perimeter location and they told me that I would need to call Doordash, I told them I did and they directed me to the restaurant. He then told me to come to the store to pick it up. I called doordash back and asked that they at least refund the delivery and tip since the driver chose to keep the food and they contacted the store. When I got to the store they told me I should have contacted them first instead of doordash and only refunded the food minus a few dollars and not the tip, delivery fee and service fee. There was a woman at the location that was very nice and was kind enough to offer something while I waited, although I declined. Needless to say this place is not worth the energy.

French cosine with my favorite plate: crepes !

This was my first time here so I had no clue what to do. The staff seemed as if I should know what to do so I stated that this was my first time here. The service could've been better. My food was ok besides my omelet was sweet. I've never experienced that and I would much rather it not be.

Food is delicious, and the desserts are as well. Definitely highly recommend . Very family-friendly.

Slow service

Not very pleased with the food. French onion soup was way too salty, croissants too hard , overall the food was not up to my expectations.

Clean and crowded. Get there early for lunch. Easy parking and a good place to grab a quick cup of coffee.

The tomato soup I got was somewhat sour. Maybe it was just that day that it was like that. Will try again. Staff was not rude but not friendly either. It was very whatever.
