Wonderful experience! Our server Jessica was perfectly attentive, friendly, had excellent recommendations based on our preferences and timed the whole meal perfectly. We really felt the hospitality and that our experience was top priority; the food was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!

The deco was outstanding as was the food and service. We were a large group and the delivery was flawless.

Absolute perfection in every sense. The atmosphere is just beautiful - it's the kind of place you don't want to leave once you're there. Warm, inviting, and not being from the area, I couldn't get enough of the beautiful, upscale southwestern aesthetic which was really tastefully done. As for the food, I had the steak fajitas. Best I've ever had in my 41 years. Served with a huge amount of fresh, homemade guacamole and pico de gallo. The steak was seared and cooked to perfection. It was more than enough and I ate every single morsel. Service was wonderful. nothing over the top, but very friendly and knowledgeable. It did take a bit to get the check, but that's a minor gripe. I don't know what else to say other than La Hacienda is no doubt, one of the very best restaurants I've ever been to and I can't wait to return next time we're in the area. 10/10.

A little hello goes a long way. Please Remember us for next time when we call to make reservations or when we arrive at a time when you are NOT busy. It’s respectful to be greeted and seated right away without having to wait too long, but specially when dining with family and children. This was not our first time dining with you. As a long time Fairmont Resident and Platinum Diamond Member of Accor, we would appreciate some respectful priority seating, especially when the restaurant is empty. We prefer to seat n the dining room and not by the front door. The place was not full or busy till after we left. Doesn’t make too much sense to make a show out of nothing. Don’t you agreed?

Didn't eat here but top notch tequila selection with a knowledgeable bartender serving it!

The restaurant was so dark I could barely read the menu. The type size on the menu was probably 8 points which made it even harder to read. I thought about asking for a flashlight. I ordered the skirt steak and the first two bites were nothing but fat. Then I couldn't see which way to cut the steak to cut across the grain so it was ridiculously chewy until I figured out I was cutting it along the grain instead of across. The prices are way too high for what you get. The quality of the food isn't that good. I have paid half the price for better food. I definitely would not ever go back and couldn't recommend it to anyone.
