My family and I went to this restaurant, as usual, on Friday February 2 expecting to enjoy a quick meal with chips and salsa. We’ve been to this restaurant a few times in the past and never had any complaints before this experience. The first things ordered were our drinks, which were fine, my 7 year old got a kids quesadilla and taco, and we ordered the wings as an appetizer. My son was able to start and finish his meal before the wings arrived to our table. When the waitress brought the wings, at first glance we could see that they didn’t look freshly cooked and hot. My man and I each took a couple bites from one wing, and agreed that they were disgusting, tasted very old. We told the waitress and she seemed to report the news to her superior in a timely fashion, but the “manager” just kind of waved our concerns off very disrespectfully after confirming with her kitchen staff that the chicken was “freshly cooked”. They tasted awful and old! Not only were our concerns dismissed, she also was not willing to remove the wings from our bill or exchange for something different. It was disgusting service and I will not be back. I give great customer service in my own profession and expect the same when spending my hard earned money. I will never return.
Best LaHa in the Charleston area. Great fish tacos for lunch
The food had no taste, and we didn't get tortillas
Amazing experience friendly people and great food
