La Granja Hialeah

I hate to do this because I love every other la granja I've been to but this one was was an all around bad experience. First I waited like 15 at the register with the lady right there before being acknowledged, I ordered my 1/4 chicken and salad, waited 20 minutes watching some guy who came in and ordered after me get his food and still waited, then I watched a cook take two fully loaded rods with full chickens on then walk down the line like they were hiking poles, watching the chicken slide down and hit the disgusting floor, and then the lady brought a half chicken and salad calling the same number for the guy who was after me and Isince he was long gone I just took that and left. I've been to like 5-6 different la granjas and have never had an issue, always getting my food promptly and with wonderful service and personalities, but this one was just down right disgusting. I was polite the whole time I was there just thinking to myself, never will I come back to this one in Hialeah. 0/5

La comida bien elaborada, presentación adecuada, precio bastante cómodo, personal agradable y con buen trato, pero el lugar merece una buena remodelacion, se ve deteriorado

Good food. The location is very old and the inside feels very worn and tired. The location needs to be deeply cleaned as the floors feel greasy. It also needs to be painted completely. The windows need to be cleaned on the inside and out. La Granja is an excellent restaurant chain, but this franchise store does not represent the chain very well. All of the other stores of this chain of restaurants is very clean, fresh and newly painted.
