I was alone in Birmingham and decided to pop in here rather than dine at a hotel restaurant. I'm glad I did. While the bar seating was full, they were kind enough to accommodate me on the heated patio. The food was excellent, so much so that I had to splurge on the Genepy sundae. I will have to come back whenever I am in Birmingham again.
The food is underpriced and over the top in quality! Mimosas were fantastic. I had the baked eggs my friend Alison had Croque Madame Croissant!!!! The Belgian waffles snack were scrumptious!! The creamy French butter combined with a smattering of orange marmalade proved to be almost better than the maple syrup also provided. Our bartender, Jeremiah, was almost as sweet as the waffle. After 3 mimosas I think Alison will be back for more!
Go here. Brunch is cheaper, food’s unreal, service is top notch. French onion soup and the sausage plates are beautifully created. Parking: Relatively easy to find during the afternoon. Harder to find on a busy evening.
A quaint little restaurant in the heart of Birmingham. We visited the bar where we enjoyed a few coctails and small bites, all well prepared. Very classy establishment!
We went here for my mother-in-law's birthday after making a reservation for 6 people. We had a great time! The atmosphere was sophisticated but cozy. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Croque Madame Croissant and the quiche. The only thing I did not enjoy was the fish sandwich, I felt that it was too fishy with not enough seasonings. My wife loved it though, so likely it is a personal preference. We all HIGHLY recommend the Irish Coffee and the Champagne cocktail!!
Really good, especially the salmon!
Amazing dinner, fabulous service, great wines and cozy atmosphere. It was 5 star all around. I highly recommend.
