Our kitchen was somewhat destroyed so we went out for dinner. LaForchetta is close. There was no wait, but it took a while to get a menu. Then again to order a drink, and again to order dinner. So finally food, Yes it was good but only average for the price! I didn't like the vegetable offered so the waitress offered me something different, never saying there is an up charge. Same thing for my wife. So the check arrives and I giver her my CC. It's real dark so I have trouble seeing the small print on the check but I'll Look closer when it comes back. I did and was shocked to find a service charge added to my bill. Are you kidding me? So for $101 for below average service and nothing special about the food, I will not go there again.
