If i could give a 0 i would, apart from understanding the floor was short staffed, the only waitress was rude and unable to do a basic thing like getting a order. We waited more than 20 min to be seated, sat and then waited 30 min to be asked to order and then the waitress walked off in middle of us trying to get our order put in. We were ready to order before being seated.

I was extremely disappointed. This was possibly the worst service I’ve ever received. The server Nancy took forever to take my groups order, our drinks took 20 mins, and our food took an hour. The table next to us sat and got their food in 15 minutes. Our server did not come back to check on us AT ALL. Considering I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, this was a terrible experience. Definitely not going back. My recommendation is hiring someone who’s more attentive to their tables. As someone who works in hospitality, this was unacceptable. It wasn’t busy for her to mess up the way she did. Food was okay

First of all the place was empty and we still had to reserve a table. The waitress was gracious but didn't know much of puerto rican food, the food was limited due to according to the manager was sold out already. They charged me 14 dollars for 4 bacalaitos. Atmosphere there wasn't any Atmosphere maybe because there was only one other table occupied. Food well let's say I've had much better. Manager was quick to explain why they didn't have typical puerto rican food available, and was also quick to send me to another restaurant where I could've found puerto rican food. All in all I found it to be a so so restaurant charging premium prices. I would avoid it if you can !

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I wish Google can allow giving no stars at all. Starting with the bartender, she had a horrible attitude, was only servicing regular customers, my friends and I were there waiting for 30 minutes and she never once asked us if we needed a drink and when I finally got her attention, she got upset and dropped the menu on the counter. Then when we were offered a table, the waiter and waitress dismissed us at all times, when we call their attention they will get upset. After being sitting for 20+ minutes, the waiter gave us a bottle of water and no glasses. I had to go to the front to ask another server for glasses. We noticed people that sat before us started to leave because they were waiting more than 45 min for their food to arrive. That restaurant is chaos. They need to provide better customer service and need to have better logistics.
