I love la fiesta food and drink
UPDATE - This is how La Fiesta responded to my review: Response from the ownera month ago Hey David! Firstly just want to say you write very eloquently, wonderful verbiage...secondly just want to mention that our meat is cut in house daily, as are all of our sauces cooked homemade. Sorry you didn't enjoy the dish you ordered. We agree some staff can perform better than others, trust us when we say this is something we stay on our staff about but the vast majority of the time, we are pretty proud of the work they do. Lastly the roof over the patio...we never really considered enclosing the space without a roof...I suppose that was an option. We were probably thinking more about snow and rain than acoustics. Glad we're on our bucket game tho! ******************************************** THIS DEMONSTRATES WHY LA FIESTA HAS GONE DOWNHILL. RATHER THAN ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS AT THE BUSINESS, THEY CHOSE TO SEND A SNARKY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE REPLY. I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I’ve had better Mexican food from the frozen section. It’s a neighborhood place which is nice if you’re drinking but don’t come here expecting to be served quality food. Even worse is the service. The staff has two speeds: slow and stop. They put a roof over the patio which causes an annoying echo. At least they can’t screw up a bucket of Corona.
Hardly "authentic". Ordered the margaritas shrimp. A few lime wedges and 3 tortillas. Dry lettuce, 2 slivers of tomato and no sour cream. Sour cream is "extra". Chips are "extra". With a name like "Grant's", I should have known. No more. Waitress was nice. If you like dry Mexican food this is the place for you. Kid-friendliness: Kids are friendly. Not "is sat". "Is seated". Standard knee jerk response. Yeah, My choice; your bait and switch. That's right. Blame the customer Like I said: "No more".
Stopped in for a great lunch date and really enjoyed their indoor patio. Although this was a warm February day, the indoor patio still felt comfortable. This was my first time here, so I decided to try a steak taco on flour shell, al pastor taco on corn shell, and a beef tostada. None disappointed, the beef meat won as my favorite meat due to the superb seasoning. A bonus was their table tortilla chips were very warm, fresh and crispy which always makes for a better meal. The horchata drink was fresh and delicious too. I had great service and will definitely be back. Parking: Large lot approximately 30 to 40 spaces
Food is really good! Ambiance is great! Staff is quick and friendly! They have an additional room with two fireplaces and in the warmer weather they will open-air the area! It's a nice place to relax and enjoy a delicious margarita or your favorite beverage. They recently added a huge window to open up the interior portion of their dining room. It really brightens the place up! Plenty of parking also.
