The Heart of the House in any restaurant is the kitchen. The reason we exist as a company is through the hard work and talent of our Heart of the House staff. Often unseen by the public, our Heart of the House chefs, cooks, and bakers each bring unique cooking experiences from their hometowns and from the kitchen tables (“La Cocina Mesa”) of their families. Our goal is to introduce you to their favorite dishes adapted from family recipes that they call comfort food.
