The best empanadas I’ve had in Denver

We had a blast. Amazing drinks, very attentive staff, and traditional comida Colombiana. Gringo here - but the arepas tasted just as good as they did in Bogotá. Will be coming back! Don’t skip the arepas.

Pretty disappointed and bummed because I really enjoy Colombian cuisine, however we came here for dinner, and had the chicken empanadas and they tasted as if they just came out microwaved from a frozen package. My boyfriend ordered the sobrebarriga Criolla and the steak was tough and chewy. I had the arroz con Pollo and it was just okay. The atmosphere was super cute with lovely decor and a quaint outdoor patio. The service itself was great. It was rather unfortunate that the food wasn't that good, but we may come back for the drinks only.

Excelente presentación, rica la comida. Pero pedí una picada y no tenía carne de res ni pechuga picada . Creo que quedaría mucho mejor agregarle carne a una picada

The bar on Colombian food all across the states is so low so I didn’t come with high expectations. Service was fine, but maybe the restaurant can provide sal and pepper on each table ? Maybe instead of having Cholula as the spicy of the house, maybe they can make their own? We, Colombian are all about the salsas, ají and guisos and food is definitely missing it. Over all it was an okay experience, a little pricey for the quality of food. 18% service fee was including to my tab. I’m a 20% + tipper but in these cases ‍♀️
