La Catrina Tequila & Tacos

Writing an honest review from my experience so people know what to expect. The drink options are very limited and margaritas are made with cheap margarita mix. The waitress messed up three of the four drinks our party ordered (I happened to order a beer so she got that one right). Waitress seemed upset when the three incorrectly ordered margs were asked to be sent back/replaced with beers and shots. Lastly and most importantly, the waitress added auto gratuity on our party of four. I couldn’t help to think that that was borderline discrimination and when asked if every check is auto-grat, she said no only checks that are over $100. Nowhere on the menu did it say there is auto-grat. Food was average and there is way better Mexican food in the area. Overall this place was a big disappointment as from the outside it seems to aim to be insta-worthy but it lacks in all areas.

My husband enjoyed his meal but mine wasn't good at all. They refused to take the meal off the check or even offer me anything in it's place. Plus, they never came back to check on us or offer refills. Update- Our to go order had a long black hair right in the middle of the enchiladas. What a disappointment!

For lovers of Frida Kahlo and the Catrinas, this is a perfect place to visit, the well-known one with very good flavor, good coffee and a very nice place. The reason for my three stars is because of the service, I don't know if the waitress was new but if she needed to work a lot and no one supported her, that's why I understand the service and they still don't serve alcohol, please, managers, support your waitresses so that they offer good customer service. 3/03/2024 If the manager sees the comments, please, he has to work with his cooks, it is a very nice place, but today I do have to complain about my poorly served food, incomplete and not at all good cooking, and I ordered some La Catrina tacos, an hour to serve my food. it's not possible.

This needs to be in tik tok / YouTube / Food network! I really love this place and the vibe was excellent… overall knock it off the park! The service was fast and very friendly, asked us drinks and like 3 minutes later drinks came out. Food was next and waited for a while but did meet expectation! I really loved the colors inside and was putting really good music and can’t wait to come here on like a weekend and get beers in me and drink / chill / vibe ❤️ . Even the baby liked it . Amazing work and all im looking forward to come back! 5/5 stars in my eyes
