Very tasty and healthy Mexican food. Some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem of a place. The owner is also super friendly!

Fantastic food and a great, fresh take on Mexican food. They have a great spread of food for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans alike. I got the barbacoa burrito and it was filled to the brim with black beans, rice, barbacoa and veggies. Everything was great: the rice was delicious (and normally I don't care for rice in my burritos), the barbacoa was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the cabbage and citrus pickled onions were that extra little crunch and bright note to balance everything else out. I'm going for the carnitas torta next. Awesome place, awesome food, awesome people. :D

Great food all around, healthy food choices. The Carne Asada Quesadilla the best. I encourage to try it, you’ll love it.

This place is the bomb. Love this place! My go to for Mexican food. If you like food made with the best and freshest ingredients and craftsmanship. Try this place! We love the vegan and veggie options. Try their Nachos and tacos. You will not be disappointed.

Every time I walk away satisfied with some of the best tasting food I’ve ever had! As wel as that, a family run business with so much love and care for one another as well as even more passion for the food that they produce. Couldn’t recommend more!

Best food ever. We drive an hour just to go eat at La Casita De Vero. The food is iso delicious. We know that we will always get fresh food with the best and healthy ingredients. My wife loves the vegan nachos, I always get the mole wings and my kids get her tacos. You can’t compare the quality and the amount you get with Chipotle or any other Mexican food.

Really good, can’t wait to try more. Likely a new favorite.

Met Vero at the Hillcrest farmers market and she's become my go to lady for delicious vegan burritos! Vero puts so much love and creativity into her food. Service is always warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend checking this place out!
