L & L Hawaiian Barbecue on HWY1 is my absolute go-to stop whenever I'm in SA or passing through. Why? Because their pork katsu and mac salad combo is simply unbeatable! The flavors take me straight to the islands with every bite. But here's the kicker – my wife decided to try something different and ordered the loco moco, but with a twist: she subbed the patties for SPAM. And let me tell you, she absolutely loved it! I've had almost everything on the menu and I've never not been satisfied!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are very welcoming and the restaurant is kept perfectly clean. My exposure to Hawaiian cuisine is very limited, and I'm glad this place offered me a chance to become acquainted. The food was served in a timely manner and was VERY delicious! On Fridays, they have Katsu Curry, which is something I would fully recommend trying! I will definitely be back for more!

I think this is the most popular, so I posted it and ate it at home. I think it would be better if I ate it right at the store.

The Loco Moco plate is the best. They were table cleaning fools in there!
