Staff at the checking counter extremely unprofessional. Did not correctly explain the check in process and as a result multiple guests have been waiting 2+ hours for seating and are being turned away after an hour wait time being told that didn't check in quick enough. I tried speaking with Staff as I waited 1 hour and 20 mins to which I was cut off by an employee that said other people wait 2 hours and they will not do anything for me. Never have I ever had such a bad experience here and will not return as this has put such a bad taste in my mouth. I did everything I was instructed and because of 1 employees failure to correctly perform their duty I am put last and disrespected. I've been here previously but will not be returning.
Great food, but terrible service. Waited over an hour after being told 30-45 minutes.
I’ve been a consistent customer here for over 3 years and have never gotten food poisoning from their sashimi/nigiri, which i have eaten copious amounts of, until now. I ended up in the ER with violent food poisoning, and my bf who also ate here with me was sick as well, though not as severely as me because he didn’t have as much salmon. Sorry Kura, but we’re done. Be wary of the raw salmon dishes here guys.
This place is all about the experience. If you only like high end sushi this isn't for you. If your okay w mid sushi quickly, this is your place. You grab what you want as it moves on the conveyor or order from the tableside computer and it's shot by conveyor to your table. You drop your plates in a slot at the end of your table and that's how they total your bill. A robot delivers your drinks. All very self service and fun. Enjoy!
