Kupcake Kitchen Santa Clarita Bakery

It was my first time purchasing a custom cake for my sister's 30th birthday and I am beyond amazed of how great the cake came out! The cake was beautifully detailed! Not only was the process of placing the order so easy with Melissa but she took the time to understand the vision I had for the cake! The service is beyond amazing and I cannot wait to order more custom cakes from them (:

I had a last minute order for a large specialty cake and a few dozen specialty cupcakes. The staff were very helpful and even though I was past the deadline, they delivered a beautiful cake and cupcakes that were absolutely perfect, super moist and delicious!! I highly recommend them!!

I had the best experience from ordering to picking up my cupcakes. They were gluten free chocolate and the best. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed

I absolutely loved everything about Kupcake Kitchen. The inquiry process was quick and easy. The team was super responsive and helped brainstorm ideas for my party. They were also super accommodating in putting together a dessert table that was within my budget while including all the pieces that I wanted. All my guests absolutely loved the desserts. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with beautiful and tasty desserts! What more could you want?! I highly recommend Kupcake Kitchen and I will be back!

If I could, I would give this place a zero stars…. The previous owner was a better baker, and neighborhood friendly…. Horrible costumer service.. It is the Worst bakery in Saugus… Dry cupcakes… Definitely not worth the $$$.. Take your bakery to the city of L.A.! That’s where you belong…. They got nothing on Good old Jill’s Cake creations Bakery…

Just drove here to get a cupcake or two and they don’t have a walk in option only pickups from orders made

We've been desperate to find a bakery that would offer vegan options for our office birthday celebration. Kupcake Kitchen staff accommodated our needs on a top level. What a pleasant customer service and most importantly-- our 12 vegan cupcakes were absolutely amazing! Everyone in the office loved it, including our vegan birthday person! Coming back again and again in the future now.
