Refused to honour Christmas countdown deal because they "were not participating" even when advertised on the Kung Fu Tea Instagram across locations and ALSO the store had a graphic IN-STORE with the Holiday promos. Drove to the store because it was supposed to only be an "in-person deal". Unsatisfactory customer service, would not return and do not recommend this location again. There are better bubble tea alternatives in the area.

Excellent customer service. On sunday it was busy with uber orders their team managed eell under pressure. This location is good nice seating area. The egg waffles are yummy. Would return A+++++.
