Lots of things that are in the menu, but not actually available.
It wasnt the poor kid's fault. He is all by himself and this lady is trying to use an app and he can't figure it out. He still has to make a few more drinks before mine and there's like 6 people behind me in line. Got my tea 16 minutes after entering the building which isn't bad all things considered. Asked for not sweet and it's extremely sweet. The wife will not be pleased...
Ordered honey oolong tea but they made it with milk. I was ok with it but the drink was too sweat and the boba was hard.
This was my first time at Kung Fu Tea and I didn’t know what to order. The cashier was friendly and extremely helpful when picking something out. To top it off my drink was made in a timely fashion. I will be back again
Staff is super friendly and helpful and the drinks are amazing!
I highly recommend the Taro milk tea slushie with tapioca pearls!
I'd say Kung Fu Tea locations in general are fairly mid for bubble tea. That said, I like bubble tea a lot, and this is a convenient location for me. The reason for such a low review here is because this location seems to have a nasty habit of "running out of boba". It's kinda insane for a bubble tea place to run out of bubbles...often. I spoke to an employee and apparently they make some at the beginning of the day, and then stop making them. If they run out, that's it. I don't know how other shops make them, but I haven't seen this problem commonly, except at this Kung Fu Tea location. It seems exceptionally lazy and poor forethought to handle a critical ingredient in your main attraction with such flippancy. Boba aren't that expensive to make. By starving your supply to pinch pennies, you leave customers unable to get what they want, and you know where that leads you? Lost customers and fewer purchases. I'm giving up on this location after frequenting it, cause they just keep disappointing me. Edit: Kung Fu Tea rep responded by saying there are other options besides Boba. While I never denied that, Kung Fu Tea is the only bubble tea establishment I've gone to that is out of Boba, and they're a pretty well established chain. Running out of Boba for them is like Cane's running out of chicken tenders. You went there for the chicken, but they keep running out. Kung Fu Tea doesn't have the traffic to be continually failing to stock for a whole day of customers.
