Customer service is practically nonexistent. However the good drinks make up for it

So far I have found the milk bubble tea to be the best. The Thai tea is very different from a lot of other places. The Oreo slush is like an Oreo milkshake with small chunks of ice.

The WORST bubble tea I've ever had in my life. We ordered a Thai tea that didn't even taste close to it - it tasted like watered down mop water. We also ordered a milk tea with brown sugar Boba that tasted like earl grey. This is not the first time they messed up. Very disappointed again.

We ordered two drinks, one caffeinated with sugar, one with less caffeine and sugar; the store labeled the two drinks wrong when handed to us.

This is the only bubble tea my wife likes in all of the USA

The staff were very friendly, and the Mango snow was great!

Tried the chocolate lava slush. 30% sugar and it was terrible! It taste like straight hershey syrup. I asked the cashier if I could get something else because it was undrinkable and he refused and said, “you would have to pay for a new drink.” Really? Customer service is dead and gone these days.
