I've order here a lot of times and it is and it's sooo sooo good I love the nata and the bubble pearls with the milk tea

This place used to be good, but the service recently has gone downhill. The workers are slow and uninterested. They don’t use common sense when making orders. Causes you to wait 15+ minutes even when the store is empty.

I can go alllll across the lands for boba tea and STILL, Kung Fu tea is the top as far as taste. I really enjoy the ginger milk tea, the prices have increased which is wild that the cost of a drink is equivalent to the cost of a low end meal but, we all cave into a nice treat sometimes. Sometimes I walk in but more than often I order on door dash. At one point I ordered a ginger boba milk almost daily. I would sometimes ask for light boba and extra ginger because there is no option to choose extra ginger, to be considerate I substituted that I would accept less boba. Most of the time, the staff accommodate me and make the small adjustment; however, there is one employee who sometimes when they see my order refuse. I'm really not sure why and it seems like an adjustment that would be an easy switch especially when I also provide tip. I'm not sure if the tip goes to only the driver or the business but as often as I order there I was surprised my request seemed to be bothersome to this particular individual. To the employees who saw my request and take into account how often I order, thank you greatly, may God continue to bless you. And thank you for recognizing that you can play a role in how well a person's day goes just by your treatment to them and showing kindess. Sometimes their notes to me even include "Thank you Jazmin =)" and it's so adorable to me. The ambiance is nice inside, there is limited seating and often music. The staff are usually pretty upbeat and enjoying each other along with singing to the music which is so cute to witness!

Good drink

We have ordered from here a few times. Ordering from the app is simple and the service was very quick. If you have a big order they package it nicely in a bag to carry. They have gotten our orders correct every time. This past time I made a mistake and they were so kind to take care of everything for me. Great options for kids as well that are caffeine-free and you can even reduce the sugar.

Terrible experience. Whoever owns this franchise needs to hire competent adults to run this place, vs. the 3 teenagers staffing it today. Super slow service (an eternity to get the order), and they got the order ALL wrong. A large mango smoothie came medium; my kid's matcha milk teas somehow became mocha. So full of caffeine they could not tolerate, so we had to trash them. My thai tea didn't look nor taste like a thai milk tea I am used to. It was gross. We did not have any confidence asking for them to remake them, so we just left. Will definitely not return.

This is just a trash thai milk tea. Never had such thai milk tea this has a strong taste and the color is not like actual thai milk tea. How come they are serving tasteless tea calling it thai milk tea.
