I have had a horrible experience ordering food from Kumar’s for the first time. I placed an online order on their website today at 6:05 PM and was provided an ETA of 7:25 PM, to my surprise when I called to check on my order at 7:30 PM they tell me they never received my order despite being charged for the same and having the order number and email confirmation. This is so not done, when I was expecting my meal to be told that they never received an order after an hour and thirty minutes. I just hope someone finds this useful. Never going back.

What kind of indian joint doesn't send rice? This is the worst indian food I have ever had. It seems like someone just poured a pot of water into my chicken Tikka. The saag paneer isn't any better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

For a place that advertises itself as Indian Cravings (not Kumar's) this place disappoints. I'm annoyed at this Telugu restaurant trend of bringing out all the food in already packed to go boxes. I am not a fan of hot food touching cheap plastic dabbas and this is the second restaurant that does it. Please stop this wasteful way of serving food. The mirchi bajji was piquant and its texture was right. I had high hopes. Sadly that was the highest my hope would go. The Guntur Kara dosa was not as spicy as it should have been. It was crumbly and disappeared into the equally bland sambar. The experience was not good. Poori bhaji and sambar wada were also quite average. I may have to come back and try their rice dishes as I am not happy with their tiffins.

Came in. Staff didn't speak any English. When I asked for help and told a guy that I was hard of hearing, he simply grimaced at me. Do not recommend.
