Great service with a smile. Food was prepared exactly as would be expected. The scratch grits were a special treat.

We ordered $50 worth of food ; the 24 pack with fries . The food was so terrible . The burgers were soggy , and the meat looks grey . The fries were cold and not even fried all the way . I am utterly disappointed!

I really, really like Krystal and this is hands down the absolut worst location ever. Aside from it just being run down (is what it is), if you do any variation of the original mustard, onions, pickles it will be wrong and they will not provide you a receipt for any recourse. Literally the 3rd and last time they will get it wrong, cause I'm done.
