Horrible experience!!! Staff is incredibly rude, and seemed to be intoxicated and/or on drugs. Food was just absurd bad, not hot or even close to being made in a fresh manner. I do not recommend anyone coming to this location under any circumstances.

What has happened with Krystal? I have not been to krystal where the service has been less than 20 min to pick up a couple burgers in well over a year. Theres no wonder why 3 locations in Tn and Fl have closed. This has to be an upper management problem. Too bad as I love these burgers. Getem while you can.

Ordered breakfast scrambler...lukewarm to almost downright cool! Cheese would not melt. No condiments offered.

The worst customer service ever rude and disrespectful.the girl in the drive up window said it would be a 20 minute wait for a 12 crystals. The line was long I stated OK I’ll wait. She said in the most rude voice possible it will take longer than that. Needless to say no order was placed and this is happening every time I have been there in the past year I’m over it. Just sad to take so little care and concerned about the job that you’re performing and the service which is why you are there

The cook was asking our order before ordering. The speed was magnificent. Front help could use some manners, but overall a pleasant experience.
