I haven't been here in awhile and went tonight. The service was great! Employees nice and order was right. But....the corporation has lost their minds with pricing and menu changes. I thought it was odd a place that once had cars lined up was empty then saw why. Almost $4 for a chick?!? I spent $50 on 3 people just getting combos and one order of wings

Slowest service ever ! I posted this 2 years ago and still today 2 years later still the slowest I have ever seen anywhere.

Krystal has hit a home run with the bacon cheddar cheeseburger. Everything was fresh & hot hot!

It was ok stopped at Tillman's corner in mobile Alabama food and service could have been better employees know they cannot keep anyone so I think they don't perform as they should

Pulled up, waited 7 minutes to get to the speaker. Only one car ahead. After sitting at the speaker for 5 min and listening to background chatter from inside via the employees headset, I asked "Hello, I'm sorry, were you talking to me?" I was told, "I wasn't talking to you. Then, another 6 minutes passes, I say, "Hello, are y'all ready for me?". Told, "Please, look over the menu and I'll be back". I said, " I've been here over 10 minutes, I already know". No response from inside. 5 cars behind me at that point. Waited another 5 minutes at that point. The car in front of me has been gone a few minutes, they left without placing an order. I would have never been addressed with out initiating conversation. There was only 1 car in front of me when I pulled up. I should have left after I was told to look over them menu. This is the second time this year I've sat there over 10 minutes with no response. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but no excuse for absent customer response time. I will most likely not be back at this point. Whomever owns this store and corporate need to conduct an internal investigation. I'd strongly advise this franchise owner restaff and reevaluate to protect their investment.

No body came to the window to take my order employee was there just not taking orders for some reason

Had to wait a long time for food I don't mind waiting for fresh food but my food was very cold the parking lot needs a good cleaning and the drive through window and lot.

I ordered a sackful with ketchup and cheese. Some of my Krystals buns were soggy and some were hard. There was no ketchup on them or mistard. The pickles had a weird texture too. Lady at window acted to be so thrilled to be there. Krystal are few and hard to find so when I do go to one I have expectations because they are usually always good.

How can you say you are open 24 hours, and tell a customer that you aren't cooking when a order is placed?

Dear little ghetto goblin working in the drive thru…. Please find another job. I understood your parents didn’t raise you with respect but you do have responsibility of treating customers right. And dear management please start hiring better candidates. I understand that this may not be a dream job for you or your employees… but maybe that’s the problem. There’s no way a customer should be talked to like that for asking about the items on a menu. Do better or hire better…!
