We went through the drive-in to get a bite to eat. And this particular location is disgusting. They really need to redo the building and the inside. So we were the only ones there we placed our order. It was a very small uncomplicated order. Naturally they tell you pull around. We did that we waited between 10:00 and 12 minutes for our food. Which is a little ridiculous considering we were the only ones there. You can see the employees just sitting at the tables playing around on their phones. Here's a thought you're getting paid to work why don't you work and then you can get the food to the customers in a good speed. We'll never go back to this one ever again.
It has been a long time since I had ben to this Krystal location, and since I had to be in the area, I decided to stop by and get breakfast. I arrived around 10:00 am on a Friday, and went in, with about three other people already there. The counterman was busy, and it took him a bit to clear two others out, then he got around to taking my order. I ordered a three-egg breakfast, scrambled, sausage, toast and grits. He gave me the total, even before I had ordered my coffee, and I paid, sitting down at the counter facing the lot. As I was seated there, I heard him tell another customer, after me, that they had no coffee. Just shortly before my meal came up, he shared that information with me, and I ordered a diet coke. The meal arrived in a bag, even though it was labeled eat-in, and when I opened it, I was surprised at how small three eggs can be. The toast was buttered, but wait, did I order grits, or potatoes? I have never seen grits served with a scoop, like potatoes or ice cream. I can understand wanting to save on supplies, but it would be nice if they threw in a knife. I had only one plastic fork, wrapped singly. It was nice to be back, but I think I'll head to some other breakfast spots in the future.
I placed an online order but get here and the doors locked..I'm told to pick up in drive thru. What's the purpose of online ordering, if I still have to wait 40 minutes to pick up food that was prepaid. Make it make sense
Krystal’s has ALWAYS been one of my favorites but this location is very frustrating to visit. It seems that if I come between the hours of 7pm or later they say they’re having a shift change OR we just doing online orders OR we are not accepting cards, cash only. When I am lucky enough to get my order it’s always wrong (Ask for NO CHEESE and still get it)One male employee said he could take my money by Cash App. Several employees sitting in plain view but no one takes my order. I now drive several miles away to get Krystal’s and eat them in the car.
