Krystal

Well, what can I say? My recent online food order changed my rating from 5 stars down to 2 stars, and that's pushing it. Whoever is at the drive-thru window at this Krystal location is always friendly and pleasant, and the food is always fresh and hot. However, on this occasion, my husband picked up our breakfast, and to my surprise, the bacon was burnt in my scrambler bowl. See pic below! Although we live 8 minutes from this Krystal location, I thought I could call to get some kind of resolution but since they were too busy to answer, I sent customer service an email with a picture of my bowl but to no avail, so here is my review which unfortunately is less than good. Bottom line, check your order before driving away.

Great food, nice staff

Me and My sister went here SuperBowl Sunday. We ask for some fresh Krystal Burger off the grill. The first two was good . The another Krystal the meat look like it been sitting all day . It was dry . You ask for hot grill off the grill what's so hard about that. I think I should get my money back. Hot fries with cold Krystal. I should took back but I stay to far for here

Avoid at all costs. Used to be good years ago. I've tried 3 different times in the last 6 months and no go. Undercooked food, bad customer service. (Works have bad attitudes like its a huge task to take an order nevertheless cook one.) They're always empty and for a reason. AVOID.

It’s ridiculous how bad this food is. Yall really should be ashamed of yourself for selling this to ppl. Luckily I got a refund from Uber. The bread was so hard it was unreal. The quality of the food was piss poor.

The best Krystal location we have been to in a long time! We had just about given up on finding a Krystal that was decent. I’m so glad we decided to try this one tonight. The food was made fresh, quickly and the restaurant was clean! The manager was so friendly! We will definitely be back!

The person at the window was wonderful. She was very pleasant efficient. The chili was hot and filling.
