Currently been in new drive thru for >15min. Staff don't seem concerned.

While the speed of service was a bit slow the guy at the drive through was just plain rude. The food was expensive considering what it was and the hamburgers tasted a bit undercooked, the only saving grace was the fries. Over all disappointing in the location.

No inside dine in. And just hired anybody. Food old.

Had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes for them to take our order And they were no cars in front of us

Just as bad as it was before they rebuilt. Service is not good. I've been twice since they re-opened, and both times they failed to ring up part of my order. I don't know why it's so hard to click a button that says "large fry"

This Krystal was torn down, rebuilt and reopened. I was sad to see the original building I used to go to after skating at South Cobb Skating Rink as a child gone. I had a lot of fond memories with my dad there. I do have to say though the food was truly great today. I normally don’t eat fast food anymore but it was fresh, super hot and tasty. The new restaurant is clean and the staff friendly and efficient. It will be my go to food treat moving forward. Give it a try y’all!

Update March 9, 2024. This place is now new and open. It must have opened a week or so ago. I just rode by and saw many customers there. January 5, 2024 This location was torn down about a month, or so ago, and a new Krystal is being constructed now. Not sure when it will open.

They just opened back up and the food is great! The fries are different tho. Same great taste just thicker. Had more but ate most on the ride home lol. Cheese Krystal’s hitting!!
