Left the shrimp out of a shrimp basket, just got a half full box of cold fries

They should just shut this place down. I mean really, if you are hungry and expect some sort of service or if you legitimately need something to eat "DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE". Let's start with the building. Obviously, corporate doesn't care about how this location represents their brand. The building looks like trap house. I though the place was condemned when we pulled up because the lights weren't on, the building paint is peeling off, the lot was dirty and it just looks like a derelict building. The only reason that I even tried to order was that I saw someone inside. So I pull around to the drive-thru and I am greeted with a proclamation that "I am the only one here, so I can't make any big orders". I asked what she called a "Big" order. She said that she can't make a 12 or 24 pack. It galls me when folks who are very obviously not able or wanting to do the work necessary to serve a customer try to inject some sort of logic to the fact that they just don't want to or can't do the work. So, I asked her what is the difference between me ordering 11 sliders multiple times. Silence. I wasn't going to order anything at that point, but I just wanted to know how that fit into the logic. So I thanked her for playing along and I left. Here is the moral of the story. If you aren't going to provide the service that is implied to be available at your business, then just close. If you are not staffed to cover your proclaimed hours of operation, change the time to the times where you can provide service. If you can't do that much, then you should close the location. That will be better than taking big pisses on customers that want what you're supposed to have. I won't be going back to this location because the whole transaction was just too shady for me to ever trust that people there don't mess with your food. It was just that bad. NEVER...Grubhub with this restaurant.. You will regret it.

The employees were more worried about singing and goofing off then making food. My sundae was freezee burned. Also put in the same bag as hot desserts. Bought the glazed donut bites, the entire thing of glaze wasnt in the box but the bag. It went all over my car.

Worst fast food restaurant in Florence. First thing they tell you is it will be at least 15 mins. for food. 9/10 they are going to be rude if you do order. Facility is severely out of date as well. I don't know how it stays open.

Delicious hot Krystals, what could be better!!!

Literally the only guest here and I'm waiting 25 minutes on 5 little burgers
