Kroger

1 star because the gift was nice. It was also incomplete - only 10 of 15 roses arrived but charged for all. It was changed, which was fine because the substitute was nice but still shorted. The delivery to the car in the parking lot did not happen. The 800 number to resolve problems went in circles. Had to go inside and wait at customer service, but still charged the extra for pre-order. It would have been quicker to go to the flower department and buy them. 7 days after the order, a CSR called. I asked for the missing flowers to be delivered across the street to the recipient with their delivery service. The CSR had people in the background laughing at the request and said they will give me a couple $ back. I hung up. Worst customer service ever.

Kroger is one of the high quality grocery store Been shopping in this store for 20+ years. Good prices too. 02/01/2024. No doubt prices went up tremendously. If anybody denies this, it just shows u that person never go grocery shopping or they are born w/ silver spoon that they don't feel the pinch of the how expensive the basic necessity in life - food. But with Kroger, they constantly have good sales. Practice frugality & smart business by catching sales. U can extend the value of one $. 04/16/2024. I go to Kroger 2-3x a week, trying to catch sale items. Foods that I liked or craved for, I've to wait till they r on sale; otherwise, I won't buy & eat them. Just have to salivate on them. I don't think the people in the government understand & care abt the common people. What r u all doing - basically doing nothing to help us common people. And continue to bluff us & trying to paint a picture that they all care for u! If u don't believe in Him, I do & whatever u do or fail to do will one day come back.

There's a man who goes by a woman's name. I don't remember the name. He has long black hair. He is dangerous. He races through the parking lot delivering groceries to people waiting in their cars and will run into you with a basket. Especially over your feet and scraping your legs to the point of bleeding. If you say anything he gets extremely belligerent. Be careful. I don't go there anymore. The store has some good sales if you make it inside. Walking through the parking lot is too much for me.

KROGER, where do I begin? I've been using this location as my go-to for grocery shopping for about 8 years. The staff is friendly & helpful, not to mention the savings! Not only do I shop here for my groceries, I also utilize the pharmacy ever since the CVS across the street closed down and I have to say, Kroger is better by far! The food is fresh, the shelves are stocked and the clearance all over the store is AMAZING! I get everything I need here and couldn't ask for more! If you are in the area driving through or even a local, this store is the place to be! Thank you, Kroger, for raising the bar on customer service and quality! :)
