Went to the drive-thru at 9:58 the menu is still lit up and it said take your time and I'll be back with you but they were actually closed . If you're close turn off your drive thru light turn off the greeting. If you're not open turn off your drive-thru sign.

Tried the new KitKat doughnuts. I personally did not like it. It is worth going and trying it for yourself.

Although Krispy Kreme is wildly popular, the locations are distant from where I live, and there are too few stores to visit. They could make use of the empty areas left from the now empty Sonic locations.

Very displeased. Drove over 30 minutes with my boyfriend to come and pick up some donuts and they refused to have us pay exact change or card because their system was down. I had asked if I can at least come inside since we usually are able to come in super early to get a free donut and they had also refused. We are now in front of shop seeing them laugh at us and joke about the situation. Donuts are still being made and we got lied to.

My girlfriend and I just drove 40 minutes to pick up some donuts. You open at 5 and we got here at 5:40pm. They refused to serve us saying their systems were down and they couldn’t do any transactions. We offered to pay in cash, exact cash if needed, they still wouldn’t sell to us. Then we asked if maybe we could at least get two free donuts to go since we drove 40 minutes to be here and they told us they didn’t have any donuts. I’m currently sitting infornt of the store and I can literally see all the hot fresh glazed donuts rolling on the line. How can you refuse business to paying customers and then lie to their face saying you don’t have any donuts.

Case#1. January 2023. Original review This photo shows this store TODAY. There is just a sign blocking access into the parking lot. While sitting here I have seen an employee walk out with a box full of Krispy Kreme donuts. This is the second time in the last 2 months that I have been here and, this has happened. What is going on, this is ridiculous. I'm sure they have signs above their doors that save these doors must remain unlocked during business hours. It looks to me like there's people in here that don't even want to work. There's four cars in the parking lot. WHAT IS THE REASON THAT THEY ARE CLOSED??????? Case #2- Friday February 23rd, 2023. Second time there, a year from 1st visit.I figured I'd give this place another chance. This time they were open but they were out of the raspberry filled donuts. ( they were out of a least 6 different styles of donuts) I was told that I could get them tomorrow afternoon. That's ridiculous. So that's 2 different times that I've been too this Krispy Kreme donuts and left with nothing. If I could leave a zero stars I would. Go here at your own risk. I drove roughly thirty miles to get here and this is what happens to me. The people that work there should not even be in customer service. They look like they hate working there and they're only doing it for the money, They definitely should not be working with the general public. They should be working in a warehouse somewhere. They Would be better off better off if they worked in the back of a warehouse somewhere where that they would not have to deal with Is the buying public. Case# 3 I tried to go in again today 4/06/2024 at 7: 30PM and order once again raspberry filled donuts. Once again they were out of them they only had lemon filled. The only thing I can say is if they're constantly out of raspberry filled donuts, MAYBE THEY SHOULD MAKE MORE, BECUSE THEY ARE SELLING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When running a business the proper thing to do if you are selling out of an item is the order more or make more. But these people are not business-minded at all and I'm surprised they're actually in business at all. This will be the last time that I try to go to this Krispy Kreme. They just don't care.
