Ordered St. Patrick day donuts before being sold. Had a pick up time. I went there and was sorry there not ready come back in a hour. So I did and was told sorry we are out. So we paid for these $10 more and you sold all without making our order. So I wanted my money back and the was told sorry that can't happen until later in the day. So I call the main headquarters. The said my order should had been made and waiting. They gave me the money back not the store.

Donuts were dry and old. Definitely not fresh.

It'd been a while since I'd had a Krispy Kreme and decided to swing through the drive thru today. Apparently, I should've read some reviews. Got 2 doughnuts that appear to have sat for a week with one looking like it spent some time as a hockey puck. Could barely hear the staff on the speaker, I paid in cash, but no receipt was given. No napkins were given. This place may be closer to my house than other doughnut chains but still won't get my service. Both doughnuts are hard as rocks and not worth a dental bill. Talk about paid for disappointment.

Location continues to be terrible. Rude employees, dirty interior, and sub par quality product. Taste is off and donuts are sloppily finished/frosted. Beware of money handling then touching donuts with the same gloves by the employees. Does not follow hot light hours on website either. I have no idea when they make donuts here. I haven't gotten hot donuts here since the first few weeks they opened. I've tried all different times and the employees say they make donuts all day and "just finished their last batch today" every time I go here. Doesn't matter if it is 3pm or 8pm. Since the last manager change they now frequently try to sell hard or stale donuts inside or at drive through. This was not an issue until the last manager change. 2.29 for one Glazed Donut and as high as 3.49 each for one of the filled donuts. Very limited donut selection as well. There are rarely customers here and I can see why. This location will be out of business soon.

Pre-ordered doughnuts and they did not reserve them and sold out of them. Only option offered was a refund or something else--no goodwill towards a discount on a future return. Sparks, NV. Location needs customer service training.
