Terrible tasted like old grease bugs everywhere

I was happy to take my daughter to get doughnuts here and coffee. We got home ready to eat good fresh doughnuts ut what we got were horrible. The doughnuts were hard and tasted old. Looked nothing like the pics nor what we usually get when we buy here! Bad doughnut day!

That day was a huge disappointment no hot donuts or glazed donuts cashier kept apologizing, but what’s the point of opening the doors got there at 8 o’clock and the dining room was still closed. Parking: Front of store parking

Everything looked a mess and the girl that waited on me was super sluggish.. I asked fir my order and she tapped on screen looked around and just stood there and said my name I said that's me .. then she says we don't have an order let me see your receipt from online I should her and she had a vibe that I wasn't being truthful..the manager just kept walking around never once checking to see if all is well. I'm gonna stick with Kripy Kreme on I-10....

Always good food and good service.

I really don’t understand why the vanilla cream filled doughnut is chocolate Why the change!

The sign stated that they didn't close until 10pm. We got there at 9:15 and the doors were locked so we had to go through the drive-thru. We placed our order online and it wasn't even ready when we got there. It took ten minutes to get a medium coffee. I think they had already began closing ahead of time and everything was put away. The coffee tasted like someone threw it together at the last minute.
