I really hope that the donuts taste better than the customer service given by the young - older lady a cashier.. As I said while I was in there, this is definitely not out regular location..this place has nothing on the SCobb location. Let’s just throw all the customer service out the window. I mean it’s early in the morning .. why the rudeness Ms ?Do Better

I love Krispy Kreme. Depending on what time you go they have great customer service.

Slow service and takes no care in making the specialty doughnuts look nice.

Website says drive thru is 24 hours. There is no one here and the windows and blocked by carts. Parking lot full but no one in site inside

I sent my son to get me a 3 pack because I knew the hot light would be on. He confirmed it was on but when he arrived with my donuts, they were cold as ice!!!! He didn’t have a long drive because I live right down the street. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve been given cold donuts before and noticed it when I got in the car and brought them back in to exchange for hot. The person who took the donuts said,” oh you wanted hot donuts?” I couldn’t believe it!!! The hot light is on and you question if I wanted hot donuts opposed to cold?!!! Another lady walked back in and said she was given cold donuts also. Smh. I called the manager and she acted very nonchalant. Very poor customer service. She said well ma’am your son can just come back up here and exchange them. He had already left my house though. Either way it’s wasting gas and should’ve been correct the first time! This location sucks!!

The store hours are from 6am to 11pm I get at 1015pm they tell me they’re closed drive through says 24hrs they block the window

This is a horrible location. The people that work there when they get on the phone they’re rude disrespectful don’t know how to handle customer situations. Don’t know how to resolve an issue. They aren’t customer friendly and they don’t have a good phone etiquette at all. Do not go to this location. They suck when it comes to Uber eats or any delivery’s and they get your order incorrect or wrong and they do not even take accountability or try to resolve or help the

You can't go wrong with the Hot Light on!

Really disappointed with the service here. Got my order it was short 4 of the 16 donuts ordered. When I asked my teller jacoby if there were more coming he acted as if I was being crazy asking for what I was missing. He took the box back. Dropped the other donuts on top squished the box closed and stuck them out the window not even looking in my direction or saying anything. As if I was doing him a disservice.
