Hot and ready sign was on, but that was a lie. Conveyor belt was not running nor recently run. False advertising!

Thank you to NATE! I was having so much trouble trying to get my coupon to go through on the app. I was literally standing there for atleast 10 minutes. He was very patient, he didn’t show any signs of being annoyed and helped me every step of the way. This is the customer service i appreciate. I will be back because of him! Thank you!!!!

This location of Krispy Kreme, present right in the middle of Times Square, is kind of a wild experience - the place is huge and you can see the donuts being made as you're waiting in line or getting ready to pick-up an order!! My boyfriend & I stopped in with some friends who were visiting from out of town and wanted to check-out this spot after we did dinner + a show on Broadway. I'm giving 4-stars because it was packed (as anticipated, given the Midtown location) and we waited longer for our order of 4 assorted donuts than we would have liked. If you love Krispy Kreme, I can assure you that this is the place for you.

Not as good as the original. The donut sold here is really small and not fluffy to the bite. They come out oddly shaped and are still sold. Do not compare this to any of the original stores in NC.

If you jump the queue and use their preferred method of ordering, kiosk, you DO NOT get hot donuts even if they are available. Apparently it's a rule. Does not say anywhere but boy, they get angry. Thankfully one server intercepted me when I was asking for my money back and to cancel my order and provided me -as a one off exception - a box of hot ones. Needless bad review, in my eyes, all you need to to care for customers. Good hot donuts.
