Krispy Kreme

I have been to a lot of Krispy Kreme locations across the USA. This has to be up there with one of the worst. First off, the speed and efficiency is pitiful. Whoever is managing needs an entire overhaul of this place. Wheels should be moving and people should be in and out. Biggest kicker, came by a week ago in the middle of a weekend day, “yeah, sorry we are out of doughnuts”. For some reason people come by this location still to wait 30 minutes for (now, not always) incredibly overpriced donuts.

I love this place. I went there today and got the cinnamon roll and it was super good. See pics. Usually I come here for the hot glazed donuts but today the red light wasn't on and I decided to try to cinnamon roll I'm really glad I did. This Krispy Kreme is on San Jose just south of 295. if you're anywhere in that area it's definitely worth a visit.

Sad experience at Krispy Kreme. Why in the morning would there be not just no fresh donuts, but also very little selection in the case available and an hour wait for fresh hot donuts. It seems like a horrible joke on a busy morning..... how is a donut shop out of donuts?

Service was great and donuts were delicious!

They must learn to treat the public, do the service well, I bought two coffees and they only gave me one and some donuts were cut in half

Every time I want a promotion or special donut, the service people seem like they don't know anything. They are not organized. Also, I ordered online pick-up, and they were rude. They didn't let me pick up my order! All pre-orders had to wait in the back of the line for others to select their donuts. Eliminates any benefits for pre-orders. I felt racially and age discriminated against by the servers. When ordering in-app the special eclipse donuts, my 12 ct solar eclipse donuts were auto swapped for the limited edition special dozen which is only 6 +6 glazed. I did not realize this until pickup seeing the selection and by then I was too frustrated to address anymore with the clueless and annoyed to be working staff.
