Krispy Kreme

Locations is open until 10 pm. Stopped in at 430 pm. All they had left was original glazed, maybe half a dozen raspberry filled and chocolate glazed. None of the St. Patrick's Day specials. Not a single doughnut being made. Looked like they were shutting down the line. So, what are they going to sell.for the next 6 hours?????

We were there midday on a Saturday with probably 6-8 hours before they closed, there was next to no donuts available and no one was even working on making any. Only one person was working the counter and there was a huge line. It was so loud in there we couldn’t understand the person working nor could they understand us. Such a disappointing experience, at least the donuts we got were excellent.

If you’re not going to unlock the doors at posted hours either change the posted hours or put up a note explaining why and apologizing for lack of service. Unprofessional.

I went to try this place today, but the front door was locked. There were staff inside and the place said it was open.

Unfortunately this location seems to have gone downhill over the years…. Used to be my favorite shop. The doughnuts are still great but the customer support is lacking or even non existent. No smiles no hello. Long waits even when there are no other customers being helped. It just seems like no one cares. Will have to go back as it’s the only Krispy Kreme in or around Grand Rapids

Manager was rude and didn’t know about her own products. Staff wearing hoodies and on their phones while touching the food. Mopping around the food and no gloves when touching the box that had food in it. They were out of items and instead of telling customers they just put what they wanted in the boxes. Rude to other customers while we were there and they walked out.

Getting different going here. Used to be better service in the past. Now employees just stare at you. Kinda weird. Donuts are still super good. Wish they'd open a Krispy Kreme farther north... like 2 hours away. My last order of a few dozen donuts was good. But my pickup order before that had 3 smashed donuts. Not sure why unless the employees just hate you. Facility is much more run down than when we frequented here in college. Little maintenance, especially with bathrooms. Wish the patrons were more respectful of businesses and their property too.
