Customer service is appalling after ordering my coffee and donut I was told bluntly it was takeaway only if I was made aware of this before ordering I would have gone elsewhere as if I canceled my order the staff probably would have moaned about. There were tables free but either needed cleaned or taken up by other customers personal belongings staff need to be proactive in cleaning and politely asking for customers to remove personal belongings

Bad customer service, they actually made me get out of my table because they put chairs i didn't notice, I apologized but they still didn't care and talked in a rude way.

Stopped for a donut. Tables were not being cleared/cleaned as staff were busy chatting to each other. In for 15 mins and no tables were cleared.

Delicious.

Lovely Doughnuts, tables were clean, wipes available for hands too which was good. Coffee okay, not great but there for the doughnuts. Might try shake next time

My stuff got stolen when you gave it to just eat.
