Krispy Kreme

I normally love Krispy Kreme. They’re known to have nice warm fresh donuts. I sat in the drive thru for a long time and I was the only car. I paid before being handed stale hard donuts. I asked if they had anything warm and I was told the machine is broken. They did not feel the need to mention that until after I paid. I was very disappointed. The service took so long I was late for work and the donuts were not even edible. I did not get the donuts and I do not know if I will ever return to this location.
