I really love Krispy Kreme. They have amazing products , food , drinks etc. However, I am appalled by the customer service at this location. I ordered online. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and was told rudely by the associate thst I had to come inside. Once inside , I was asked " what do I want ?" again rudely by another employee. Then I can over hear un professional conversations going on between the workers. Telling each other to shut their big mouths and whatever else. Then after 10 mins of standing awkwardly, they finally push my order onto the counter and again rudely go " here " as a way to get me to (grab my things and go) basically. What a ridiculous staff. NO professionalism and customer service is out the window. Just be prepared in case you order from this location. They seem bothered just by a customers presence in the store. Again, food fine. Service bad.

Hot sugary donuts right out of the fryer.... It doesn't get better then that.

Staff (adult) are always professional and friendly and the donuts are delicious!

I called yesterday to make sure that they are open today, and then ordered $120 worth of donuts online for 8:00 am. Got there and not a soul in the building. NOT BAD SURVICE - NO SERVICE

What a disappointment! I ordered on line and payed in full for my family on Christmas eve. Said I could pick up my order at 6:30am. Drove 30 mins there. Still not open at 7am. Ccalled no one answers. Drove all the way home. Called called and called again it is now 9am, and still no answer. I want my money back. I disappointed a house hold of family visiting for the holiday. Thanks alot Krispy dream!

The people inside were super friendly and polite! They were ready to take our order as soon as we walked in with smiles on their faces! Did Russell totally cool with us not knowing what we wanted and gave us a minute to look!
