Always love these places. These win over the competition hands-down. (I grew up on these).

Very stale, hard donuts

I eat at the Cotswold Krispy Kreme!! It is Going to Hell!! Delores is Lousy manager!!And this furniture you resently put in is Ridicoulos!!! It isNot a Doctor's office!!!

These people got nothing but attitude. Ridiculous

I hate to leave a bad review, but they need to know that they are losing customers! There are NEVER hot donuts - even at 8 in the morning. And still - they are so slow.

Very welcomy environment, service crew are amazing!

Worst customer service ever. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order and no one came up to help us or even say we will be with you in just a minute. Even tried to wave them over and we were ignored.

Friendly staff. Amazing donuts. Quick service. Nice variety!

2024: Gave them a last chance. Can't believe this place is still in business. I'll just buy them at Harris Teeter from now on. 2023: Rude as hell. 2021: There is no way a business in the covid era should have a person who touches the money to also touch the food. She only changed one glove between customers and then with the new glove touched her headset, the screen, cash box, hat, glasses, everything she would normally touch without her gloves, but with gloves. Pointless. The gloves were to protect her hands, not the customer's food. It's just better not to see how the bees make the honey. 2020: Terrible service. <2019: Went almost every weekend. Was great.

So very disappointed, the Hot and Now light was on and the doughnuts were ice cold. They did not not even have any reason for the false advertising. The only reason why we stopped was because the hot and now light was on. These Krispy Kreme restaurants are so going down hill. What a disappointing experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.
