I am very disappointed. Every time I get in line the hot sign is on but they are giving out cold not even warm just cold donuts. Please turn the sign off if the donuts aren’t hot!!!

I went to KK on a Monday evening around 8:15pm. The hot now sign was on. It took the employee at least 7 minutes to take my order in the drive thru, and I had to say hello two separate times for the person to acknowledge I was even waiting. There was only one other car in front of me in the drive thru when I pulled up. Better customer service is needed, and the donuts were not hot even though the sign was on.
Worst store I ever see or came in, the staff do not respond good and when asked for hot donuts they gave cold one and kids got disappointed eating them. I would never come to this store and suggest for my friends and family..
There’s a guy and a women working there who have to be one of the stupidest people I’ve met, they can’t listen nor can they do there job right. We ask for a assorted dozen plus the hot ones, they didn’t even assort the dozen it was only 2 donut flavors, on top of that we asked for two dozens but they put two 6 boxes. We corrected them 4 times. This isn’t the first time but they need more training and they have to listen to the customers more. Worst service ever
