My first time coming here, I asked the lady who took my order a question about the menu and she was very impatient and rude but the donuts were amazing.

problem with the filled donuts. last time i came they didn’t fill them At All, and this time i ate half my raspberry filled before getting to any filling whatsoever. if i’m buying a filled donut i expect it to have filling all the way though. tired of being disappointed by the lack of filling when the donuts themselves are good.

Simply asked if they gave birthday freebies, and they responded with the ugliest stare like I was told them something offensive. Was going to buy something anyway, but not after that.

Zero star rating. Whoever the owner of this franchise is truly does not care about customers and hires incompetent workers which does not bode well for food quality and health standards. The drive through was busy so I had to wait a while. Not a problem. When I ordered they were sold out of the eclipse donuts. No worries. After paying and receiving donuts I told the drive through worker they forgot my coffee, so I waited while he prepared it. Still no problem. This is where I messed up. It wasn’t until after I had driven home that I checked the donuts. A $20 order for specialty donuts turned out to be one donut and some donut holes. Ok now I’m angry. After driving all the way back I ended up wasting over an hour of my time for donuts that I no longer wanted, so I asked the manager for a refund which they did thankfully. No apology. No attempt to make it right or offer a coupon or free donuts. Nothing. Wow. I don’t know at what point companies truly stopped caring about basic customer service, but I do know where I will not be bringing my business.
