Krispy Kreme

This is my 5th attempt to grab a hot and ready donut for my son. We travel 30 minutes round comes here as it’s the nearest to us. I came during their “hot and ready” times mentioned on the website and the donuts were not available. I was told to come back in the mornings. If you’re not going to provide hot and ready donuts in the evenings then you should remove this from your website. As some people really travel to get some donuts. Very disappointed. And a waste of my gas and time.

Ran into the most professional young man working there named Carlos; my intent wasn't to get too carried away but due to this young man's demeanor I spent a decent amount. A friendly, warm smile/greeting can go a long way in changing someone's day....

Great Location! John was very helpful when we were being difficult, we appreciate him! Hehe

$1.99 for ONE glazed donut? Count me out.

The manager or who I assume is the manager was (tall white e guy with a beard) sooo kind and sweet. As a manager my self it was very refreshing to actually have good service. He was even trying to get us a good price point. All the one stars are so entitled, this place is solid. Surly thanks to this guy.

The only downside is the distance from home.

Worst customer service. First time going to this location and and the 2 girls working didn't even acknowledge I was there I guess because whatever was on their phones was more important. After waiting for about good minute one of them proceeds to make her way to the counter, and I guess it was an inconvenience because her tone and attitude were horrible. Ordered, paid and had to ask for my receipt and have it tossed on the counter rather than hand it to me. Last time I checked I don't think the company is forcing you to work there. I think anybody coming through those doors deserves a little bit of common courtesy.
